Everyone’s got a story, right? Mo’s deal is that she’s been moving all the time since early on….:) Growing up the youngest of seven children, she was always trying to catch up to her siblings! An avid runner and cyclist, she turned to Pilates after an injury in 2008.

Mo can train you at home with TRX, weights, bands & balls or simply your bodyweight. With over ten years experience, she can be your personal fitness & health coach…either by appointment or in a GETMOFIT online program.
Trained with STOTT Pilates in MAT, Reformer, Injuries and Special Precautions, as well as numerous workshops

Moira is a busy Mom to four children, ages 18, 21, 23 & 25. Parenting allows her the compassión and understanding to encourage and support clients the right way. “I understand when people carve out an hour out of their schedule to exercise, they want to relax, enjoy and have fun!” Mo believes to always look ahead, and stay focused with daily, weekly and monthly goals. Whether you want to stay fit, lose weight or simply increase your CORE conditoning, Moira can help…..
