Hi, I’m Mo — NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor & Health Coach and I’m so glad you’re here.

I help women 50+ reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength, and feel incredible again—without the punishment, pressure, or perfectionism that too often comes with fitness. My specialty is CORE conditioning and all it has to offer—lengthening & strengthening, improving posture, creating body awareness & increasing balance & flexibility.

My programs include a 10-week online coaching, fitness and nutrition program, a toolkit to ease “tech neck” pain, a Fuel the Fire Protein Bundle, and in-studio reformer pilates and resistance training.
